Customer Education & Tips

Answering Questions: From routine maintenance to troubleshooting, we take the time to explain how your system works.

Effluent Filters: Not all systems have them. If your septic was installed between 2005–2006 and later, maintenance of these filters is essential.

New Homeowner Guidance: If you’re new to your property, we can provide tips for locating septic tank lids and understanding your system, including insights from the previous owner if available.

Frequency: Depending on your household situation, it is suggested that you have your septic system pumped every 3 to 5 years.
